Two deployments. Two modes.
One Contract.

SMA can run as a Semantic Interface or as an embedded layer. It can resolve meaning through avatars or through headless scoring contracts. The demos below show both deployment methods and both modes using one shared semantic contract.

These demos prioritize semantic transparency over production polish. Their purpose is to expose how SMA governs ranking, weighting, meaning resolution, IPC behavior, and UI projection in real time.

Fintech Dashboard

SMA is applied as a Semantic Interface for deal intelligence. Each avatar reframes the same extracted financial signals, changing what gets elevated, what gets flagged, and what action the dashboard recommends. Risk, analyst, partner, and default views share one contract.

Restaurant Discovery

SMA separates persistent identity from temporary context. The base person remains the same while contextual extensions project different meaning onto the same data. The same individual may be working from a café in the morning, meeting friends for lunch, and planning a date that evening. During a work session, reliability, noise, and outlet access become priorities. On date night, ambience, lighting, and conversation replace them. The venue hasn't changed. The interpretation has.

Law Firm Site

SMA is embedded inside a marketing site. The page keeps the same layout system, but the hero message, proof points, urgency, and next actions shift by visitor context. Injury, dispute, general counsel, and default views are projections of one semantic contract.

Embedded LayerAvatar Mode

SaaS Marketing Site

SMA is embedded inside a SaaS landing page. The same product surface adapts to builder, evaluator, and operator intent, changing the headline, CTA, proof, and supporting dashboard emphasis without generating a new site for every audience.
